Computer, a Red level citizen has been spotted in the complex, wantonly giving gifts from a large sack. He has been spotted in Orange, Yellow, and even Green level areas. He seems to gain access by climbing up and down waste gas extraction vents. He has a large abdomen that shakes when he laughs like a bowl full of algae paste. We think he might be a mutant as well as a communist. Lasers have no effect. Please advise. Thank you, Computer.
