@DM_Zeppelin@dice.campLast night, my cousin created a character for the Marvel Super Heroes Advanced Set RPG (using the Ultimate Powers Book). It's his 2nd character in the new setting I've created.
The setting: Modern day. In the mid 1990's, the Celestial Host arrived and judged Earth not worthy. Heroes and villains united and fought them. They all were slain or have vanished - nobody knows. No new powered people have shown themselves... until now.
