@kioskwitch sleep, sleep, no sleep... no sleep, no sleep, sleep. No sleep.

Just gotta come up with seven day names for my fantasy game calendar. Super easy.

Yo, you have awesome ideas. Share some of them.

That new Battletech game is real good y'all.

From bird site: "JASON STATHAM'S BIG VACATION is a free roleplaying game about trying to make sure that Jason Statham has a nice time on his holidays despite the efforts of a vengeful sniper. Get the pdf here: t.co/ehf1qyDNXZ t.co/RdWpPKs56s"

Does anyone know the an rpg with a name like "Two Goblin Soldiers"? It's a 2 player no GM game about two goblin scouts who are on a long patrol together and slowly open up emotionally to each other in a world that doesn't usually allow it? It was written in a twitter thread.

I have mentioned this elsewhere, but I'm hoping to do an all LGBTQ+, D&D(-adjacent) game over the summer, probably via roll20. If you or someone you know would be interested, why don't ya let me know?

I had a dream that I had to drive across the US to get to New York in order to GM an important Tabletop game. Hijinks occurred on my route. I needed to win a singing contest to get money to fix a tire. Later, I convinced a truck driver to transport my car so I could sleep and be headed towards my destination.

I was 4 hours away from New York when my cat woke me up by meowing in my face. On the one hand, I'm grateful that it wasn't real, on the other I kind of wanted to see the ending.

Fellow #dungeonsanddragons nerds.

If you could change one letter in a spell to effectively change the spell, what spell and what does it do now?

Astral Projection - Astral Protection, a shield of arcane energy surrounds me and the person attacking me need to make a check with DC 5+casting modifier (in the case of my druid it would be 8) to hit and I take half damage.

Beacon of Hope - Beacon of Nope.

Enemies in a 25ft radius makes a wisdom check against your spell save DC flees on a fail.

An online friend proved to me that Blades in the Dark might be a system perfect for my conceptual "Metal Gear" one shot.

Ode to the robot girl

Glitch and switch,
the kiss of wires
over your motherboard
like a family tree untainted - I love
your overheated fan
warming my hands when I
make you blush.

Starting to fall in love with Scum & Villainy (Blades in the Dark hack). Ran an entire 4 hour session improvised and it ran smooth and, best I can tell, as if I had planned the whole thing. The game's mechanics lend themselves perfectly towards improv play in a way I didn't think long form games could. I look forward to the next few months depicting the trials and adventures of the crew of the Tovarich.

Finally starting the rough draft for my One Page Dungeon Contest entry. I don't want to jinx myself, but this is one of the few times where I've started a thing and can visualize what the finished product will (hopefully) look like.

I haven't run an RPG game in a week and am going through withdrawals.

There have been times where I have gotten on some real creative streaks and I start contemplating setting up some kind of patreon / kofi situation for the folks who end up enjoying the things I end up making. I always end up backing off though, because I can't help but feel that accepting money for things changes the dynamic of the way I do creative work, and I don't feel that my skill level is high enough to have "worth".

Maybe I'll actually follow through next time, see where things land.
