@Judd My literal favorite thing to do in Blades is remind someone of the thing they did that session that should earn them XP. "You totally expressed your drives when you spit poison in that dudes face. Spitting poison in peoples face is like your favorite thing to do!"
@Judd I like this take, but definitely as part of an overall general reflection about the character where the group also delve the non-playbook related cool and insightful stuff.
