I am really torn at this point. Should I continue work on my own world or just use an existing one. Since I tend to overthink things I fear creating my own world might become quite the hurdle. I have a soft spot for the Nentir Vale from 4E, so it might be a good choice. Any advice would be appreciated!

It's about 10 days to the start of my D&D game. So far I've prepared 18 characters my players can pick from and found an appropriate adventure. Wow, I am actually pretty well-prepared this time!

The original World of Warcraft soundtrack has a really soothing effect on my nerves. Work actually becomes quite the nice experience. :)

Reconnecting with an old friend really felt good. Hopefully we'll be able to keep in touch this time. Luckily modern modes of communication make things way easier.

A friend who I haven't been in touch with for ages just commented on one of my blog posts. I guess I should reach out to him and see how he's doing!

I recently stumbled upon the TV series "The Rookie" with Nathan Fillion in the starring role. It's surprisingly enjoyable.

There's a lot I wish to talk about - especially the death of a good friend and fellow TTRPG enthusiast - but I just don't find the right words. 😔

Mastodon has a verification mechanism, though it looks different from Twitter's. We do not ask for your documents. Instead, if you have a website that you are known by, you can verify that you are the owner of that website.

Link to your Mastodon profile from the website, either through a visible link, or through a <link> tag in the head of the document, with a rel=me attribute, and link back to that page from your Mastodon profile. It should then get a green checkmark, like @Mastodon.

So this is where all the cool kids are hanging around nowadays?
