No. 67: Action - Point Out. This is an incredibly useful action for when you have creatures sneaking around. Remember, is a game built around teamwork. Helping your allies find their targets is a great use of an action.

@QuinnStone42 This is a real rule? It's not a parody of rules bloat?

@pancaitiff Point Out is a real action you can take to help your allies. I've used it many times paired with the Seek action. PF2e is very teamwork heavy, and there are many ways to build your allies up for success.

@QuinnStone42 thanks. It wasn't the teamwork that confused me. It was the need to mechanically differentiate between undetected and hidden, and having a specific action for this (presumably) uncommon situation

@pancaitiff Ah, ok. Hidden and Undetected are seperate conditions. Hidden is when you know what square something is in, like you know the kobold is in the barrel, but not where in the barrel. Undetected is when you know a creature is there, but not what square they're in. It might seem bloaty to have two different conditions, but in practice it works well. Especially when a sneaky player makes an opponent soak an action just to find them and another to call them out to their allies.
