I should make dungeon maps that are not designed for 5x5' squares. 5' is huge.
I think I increasingly like maps that are designed to be used in conjunction with theatre of the mind, like not actually gridded maps. Especially stylized maps that are more about helping the imagination

@seedling That's the approach I took with my 5e dungeon generator (http://onemilliondungeons.com), and it works fine like, 90% of the time. Sometimes you need to get specific about exactly how corridors intersect, etc.
