You’re going to suddenly interrupt what I was focusing on with something super dissonant, loud, bright - I’m going to have a bad reaction every time. It’s overwhelming, it triggers my tics, I’m over it. Stop.
The way youtube does it only makes it worse, they frequently insert ads right in front of whichever part of a video is the most rewatched - the part I’m most likely to have all my attention focused on. Then, BAM BRIGHT LIGHTS LOUD MUSIC WANNA BUY A PIZZA?
It’s a fucking jump scare and it takes me a minute to wind down after each one.
@Sophie They used to have a countdown to ads and then they removed it and I'm so mad.
