@argv_minus_one In trying to take advantage of the possibility of what could be done, efforts were made to improve something that was almost 100%, but now, for reasons unfathomable, it's 90% worse. Specifically, Jackd, Jacktrip, and Qjackctl have all gone to shit.

Pipewire was the way to go, apparently. cli-based network send module + qpwgraph to replace the connectors in qjackctl did the trick. I'll have to look for a more configurable network send option, though. I only need a limited set of pipes, and want to ensure they're always the same.

@benkramer @gnomelibre @argv_minus_one Pipewire has been my single favorite advancement in desktop Linux this decade. It just..works, somehow.
