@drevrpg Clearly this is an example of alien symbiotic biological life. What was originally intended to be a mechanism of toxin injection has been repurposed by the ant which has a highly pressurized rear segment to force neural filaments up into the poison gland and take root, allowing it to control the scorpion.
There is a surprising parallel between the altered scorpions and our #mecha in terms of use case. Studies are ongoing.
