I occasionally get fixated on little #TTRPG projects.
At one point, I created a spreadsheet of #nWOD NPCs for an alien abduction game. (PCs were changelings and mages, reskinned.)
I decided on a % of Wash DC populace affected by abductions, then generated NPC’s based on labor statistics and accurate demographic representation.
Each NPC got random XP, then got assigned a number of life-changing events equal to their gnosis/wyrd, with the last one being their current agenda.
