84. and 86 #DCC (#Goodman Games) and Dragon Bane (#FriaLigan). A couple of session zeroes. In the first we did the transition from funnel to first level, and I found that DCC rules get quite complex and the large hardback is so heavy that I was quite exhausted after an hour of going through it on my lap. But then we found a great character keeper.
Dragon Bane was mostly about getting Foundry to run on my laptop, installed Firefox, moved Discord chat to my phone.
@gbsteve Our Sunday group have been playing Dragonbane (on Foundry) for a few months now, just completing the Misty Vale and taking part in a playtest of Windheim, a very enjoyable system, that, for a casual RPG group, like ours, works perfectly - now looking at using it for WHFRP The Enemy Within.
DCC, I played a first game of it face-to-face in Sep, I love the Dying Earth setting, I'm still a bit puzzled about why so many dice are need, we had fun, but I've not been inspired to go back to it.
@gbsteve I'll be curious to hear what you think of Dragonbane.
