@jewelpit How about "if the suit matches the action, and the card value is higher than the dice roll, _replace_ the dice roll with the card value"?
Makes the major arcana a bit trickier to include, though.
@neilnjae yep, I wanted to do that first and the tarot suit was a problem I immediately ran into 
@neilnjae or maybe, minor arcana only do that and major arcana always do rerolls?
