I'm working on turning the Runemarked Land of Qo, a location built with Levi Kornelsen's "Gazzetteer," into a full-on systemless adventure. I'm taking some cues from Maze Rats and Yoon-Suin (hellooo flavorful random tables), and leaning into system neutrality by tilting rewards and incentives more towards the interpersonal and functional rather than monetary (with few exceptions, but never specific amounts or varieties).
