Ka-pão! I made Goan-style pão/pav, pork vindaloo, and sauteed cabbage! This was my first time making any sort of little dinner roll thing, and https://www.yummytummyaarthi.com/goan-pao-recipe/ was a really easy one to follow and I think quite good. The vindaloo recipe from the latest Cook's Illustrated was great, and used a mix of guajillo chili, paprika, and black tea to simulate the harder to find kashmiri chili. #fedikitchen
