I am posting too much of Gnarlyghost's work (with their permission!) but just look at this! This makes me so excited to play a swampcrawl adventure.

I ran a one-session swamp crawl a few years ago. In places it was shallow enough to walk, but they generally went by raft. All kinds of nasty things hide under the surface - they encountered giant leeches when they stopped to investigate a tunnel of water suspended by magic.
The town they encountered was built around and on top of a spire of rock, with cranes and pullies for transporting boats up to the lowest levels.
Have you run anything cool in a swamp setting?
@martin while I don’t necessarily have anything to share about swamp encounters I will agree that leeches and giant leeches are most effective when the players are focusing on something else which is a trick I use in my own dungeon creation.
@martin There's a 1988 campaign package for Swedish BRP Magic World named Marsklandet, "The Swamp". We had a lot of fun with it when it was new. Maybe five sessions? One cool aspect is that the players get a map handout, but this map is full of errors.
@mrundkvist It is a bit too low resolution for me to see properly, I'm afraid
@martin Try again now!
@mrundkvist very nice!
