#CSS advice needed:

I’m looking for a CSS “framework” / tool / whatever with the following attributes and hoping some of you might be able to point me to some good candidates:

* responsive
* stupid simple
* semantic class names. not things like t3 :poop:
* small
* doesn’t try to do everything (i just care about layout and basic styling)
* doesn’t rely on accessibility breaking conventions
* bonus points for currently maintained
