Ugh, despite submitting my "Trader Status info" in May last year, Fab is moaning at me that I have to do it by 1st Feb or lose access to the EU. Clicking on the link to do it just says "Thanks for submitting your info". So now I have to file a support request to ask whether I actually have to do anything else or not. 
@sinbad after 9 months of being told "shut up you're on the list" the Dr agreed it was supposed to be a seven month wait, checked the list, and said I hadn't been added to the list at the beginning ...so now it's 18 months
