I keep trying. And I'm trying again, but I cannot achieve my fantasy in Pathfinder 2e.
I try to make characters, but its always hollow. There is always something missing somewhere in what I want to do.

@Tim_Eagon most recent attempt is trying to make an occult detective.
So I can do a thaumaturge, and in narrative it fits, but the playstyle is off.
I can do an investigator, but the play style is off.
I can do an occult caster, and the playstyle fits, but the presentation is off. And there's some things missing here and there.
I'm sure this is a... knowledge limit. But its just angled enough that I can't find a happy way to do it yet.
@Tim_Eagon So I pivoted. And am trying to do a bullwhip weilding minotaur bell thaumaturge. Just need to lock in some choices. And then test progression to see if I'll be happy later.
