@paulczege Personally, I don't read fiction in a game rule document.

I'm more helped when the author describes typical in-game events and PCs informally. For example: "In this game, PCs will leap across rooftops and drop silently into beautiful museums, slipping past laser traps, garroting heavily-armored guards and using their genetically modified hands to carefully extract an ancient gold idol out of its container."

@paulczege In other words, I want the author to tell me what PCs actually do. Fiction implies story, and I don't need a story with beginning, middle, and end in the game rules.

But that may just be me!
