What Do I Know? (He/Him)<p>Yes, I'm obsessing a bit on this, as you'll see in today's blog post, but this is the terminology for spell acquisition on the D&amp;D Beyond character sheet for different classes and rulesets . . . however . . . yesterday when I was looking at this, some of these were displaying this way. <a class="hashtag" href="https://bsky.app/search?q=%235eDnD" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#5eDnD</a></p>

JunkyardTornado<p>The biggest thing I take from this article is that the power creep is real. Down the road, if <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/WOTC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WOTC</span></a> truly plans to keep the <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/5E" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>5E</span></a> framework for future <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/DnD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DnD</span></a> editions, they're just gonna have to add more and more, beef up classes to be more powerful than the last version. I suspected this was the direction the game was going but hoped otherwise (like, maybe lessons were learned with 3.5). I thought maybe there would be some kind of better innovation to make playing the new version enticing. But, nope. It is what it is... oh well. I'd still like to at least peruse the new PH at some point. <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/5ednd" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>5ednd</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/ttrpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ttrpg</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/tabletopgaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tabletopgaming</span></a> </p><p><a href="https://www.wargamer.com/dnd/2024-worst-class-rogue" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">wargamer.com/dnd/2024-worst-cl</span><span class="invisible">ass-rogue</span></a></p>
MichaelsMindOnline<p>I&#39;ve been reading over the 5.5e stuff WotC have been posting and it looks fine? Some cool stuff, some questionable. But honestly my focus has been on the only 48-subclasses.</p><p>Call me fickle but it feels wrong for this to be called an &quot;update&quot; when so much is being left behind. Especially given that the entire Artificersl class was removed.</p><p>I honestly didn&#39;t expect them to, but if they committed to updating the majority it would have won me back. marctic<p>Ran my Red Dragon set piece for the group yesterday and not to toot my own horn but toot-toot it went brilliantly.
