If you can access a printer, check the updated Goblin Hole module:
It's 26 pages, double-side.
- 2 pages of frontmatter
- 4 pages of example of play
- 9 pages for the module
- 1 GM notes sheet
- 10 characters
The structure has been an experiment in making a self-contained module, with an easy introduction to the rules and setting.
The content has been playtested, but the material is in need of an outside perspective.
Leci n'est pas un PDF.
@nisjasper

"Is this advertising?" I wonder while leaving a farting goblin in random hostels.
#BINDRPG
Two questions.
When a character dies in #BINDRPG are they de-Fenestrated? Also, how old is that joke by now?
I'll show myself out.
Why do we make tiny dungeons, with cramped maps? Real caverns meander, like twenty miles of dropped spaghetti.
And the only way to represent miles of spaghetti is a metro-map.
@miquel
You should have a look at #BINDRPG. @malin actively develops it on GitLab:
We also have a website:
https://bindrpg.gitlab.io/
It is a Print-it-Yourself RPG system, which might fit your needs
Questing Beast interviewed the D&D 5 lead designer, and he repeatedly uses the analogy of a Unix sysadmin.
> You give the GM the tools to run the game, and they use the tools as they like.
> Close the gap between designer and user.
You're so close!
I'm thinking of sliding the BIND ranking system to 'Good Soldier Švejk ranking'.
Characters begin in the Night Guard.
- Failing a mission means punishment.
- Succeeding in a mission gets you a high rank.
- A high rank gets you more dangerous missions and first dibs on loot.
So the optimal strategy here is to fail with excuses, or succeed and blame it on someone else.
...or rank up and take everyone else's loot.
It's a race to second place, or a race to be a dick-head.
EN World interviewed me about BIND. I felt very impressed by the breadth of research - Jessica got the main talking points and focus bang on.
My oratory skills could be improved. I need to invent open source marketing so someone else can do the talking.
#BINDRPG spitballing:
"I know an old lady who swallowed a fly", but it's a helpful witch who solves all the problems her last spell created with another spell.

Context: BIND has nothing like a counterspell, and every spell which sounds like it needs sentience *is* sentient, literally minded, and dedicated. Zero exceptions.

@moonmoth
@moonmoth

@PlutoniumAcid
I am glad you like it We are always thankful for feedback and contributions.
Up until then I will have translated the oneshot perhaps
@malin
I thought BIND was light
@malin
Wow, that's impressive. Couldn't you convince the GM of BIND?
