Blake Patterson<p>Anyone know if the little toy / game Blix appeared on any other platform than IRIX?</p><p><a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/IRIX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>IRIX</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Blix" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Blix</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/SGI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SGI</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/UNIX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>UNIX</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/gaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>gaming</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/games" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>games</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/retrogaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>retrogaming</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/OpenGL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>OpenGL</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Linux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Linux</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/unixgaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>unixgaming</span></a> <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/3D" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3D</span></a></p>

MylesRyden<p><a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/EBike" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>EBike</span></a> Update</p><p>So, it has been a month since I received the <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Blix" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Blix</span></a> Vika+Flex, which I still think is a good bike, but there have been issues.</p><p>Currently the bike is out of commission. Two spokes on the same side of the back wheel broke and several more are loose. The company has said that they are going to cover this under their warranty (which is, of course, good). But I am less than impressed with their customer service.</p><p>It takes them 2 or three days to respond to emails (which is not horrible). But every email falls in that window, even when trying to work with them. I sent my first email on June 28. They asked for more info, which I sent and they did not respond again until July 5th, saying they would cover it. I asked what to do next -- still no reply to that.</p><p>Quick thought: Think twice about buying a rear hub motor ebike. Yes, I know they are usually cheaper. But my rear wheel weighs at least 30 pounds. If I got a flat tire (or broke a spoke!) I would have to go to a bike shop to fix it. With a mid motor, the back wheel would just be a regular bike wheel and easy enough for me to work with.</p><p>Having now been off the bike for 10 days and I am getting very antsy. I feel like the summer is slipping away very fast.</p>
