Until someone decided manufacturers couldn't sell their filth unless they warned people it would kill them for #enjoying them.

The only community that seems to care about health and humanity first, over profit, is the EU. And CA in USA.

There are communities that obviously care about THEIR health and humanity.

And others could care less about any of it, and propose the market decides what level of humanity humans will bear.

Tonight's dish: *Lu Ròu Fàn 卤肉饭 (Braised pork over rice)

It may not look good right now, but OMG this is melt in your mouth tasty! The umami is what I've been missing my whole life! (and being a girl. So.. probably 50/50!). And this málà ingredient is this numbing spice (from peppercorns) that just really kicks it up a notch! Its. An. Experience.

It took me being with my husband 7 yeara to find this dish. Because I couldnt exolain what it was I ate that one time. It wasn't until mom made it this last year (actually 1 year ago this week... Wild) that I discoveree what it was.

(just realized she's not my mom anymore. That's... Kind of weird. To take years to get used to calling her mom (naturally) only to then... Not. XD)

I had an unusual experience yesterday 💬

I have #AnterogradeAmnesia- hard to make new #memories unless they’re impressed upon me

Held on to the last #paperback I was able to read in standard #print, hoping #aphasia would somehow be reversed

Knew I’d eventually give it away, but finally put it in my backpack- VA-bound

I was surprised at the emptiness I felt about my loss, but instead hoped I was #enjoying it so another #vet might enjoy the (unknown) ending
