Reminds me of a cross between China Mieville’s ‘Last Days of New Paris’ and perhaps without demons but plenty of the art/craft of the ballad coming alive. (and Labs) style - so maybe you could/should include demons it being early 1800’s UK.

I have to get a copy of Shanty Hunters.

I think I'm finally starting to get my head around shoehorning into 's system module.

It won't be a full implementation by any stretch—that's well beyond my current abilities—but it should handle player-facing stuff nicely, with descriptive text from the rulebook so ability info (forex) is at the players' fingertips. Plus, I can drag-and-drop qualitative traits onto the sheet rather than type them up for each PC.

My final Pelicon game. I set this in Vietnam in '68. The group were asked to check out a weird kink in the Ho Chi Minh Trail. I was helped by getting the Borellus Connection which has a handy Saigon supplement but it was largely improvised. Pleasingly the players were surprised by this but there were at least two scenes that would have been very hard to predict in a planned game. It got pretty close at the end which is always nice.

I have been trying to give back to the community lately. My latest effort has been to create systems for wonderful & games. Both of the packages are now available on the package manager. Feel free to ping me if you find any bugs.

The very talented Jen McCleary, writes about her process and the collaboration on the Ennie winning Impossible Landscapes with the Arc Dream crew.

Certainly bodes well for @pelgranepress The Borellus Connection.

Hopefully, we'll get to see this end of the year or early next
