Ken S<p>There’s a phrase in Japan that goes along the lines of ‘Lowering your head (in apology) has meaning when you are in a position of power(/privilege)’.</p><p>The incapacity to openly (and repeatedly) apologise, when considered from this perspective, shouts of arrogance and contempt.
