Finished this book, and probably not a spoiler alert, Mark, Sheryl, Joel, and Elliot, the main management of Facebook, are extraordinarily bad people.
The Myanmar chapter sheds more on how Facebook allowed and encouraged genocide and mass rape. This chapter alone should be what you should read if you still use anything Facebook related for whatever reason.
The woman convulsing on the ground in Facebook's office while her manager continues to work at the table should roil you with disgust.
The people who thought they could change things for the better on the inside are gone.
Why are you still on their product?
And the fuckers encouraging federation with Threads, what evil are you inviting to these parts? #Facebook #CarelessPeople #KillTheRich
I got to the part about Mark definitely wanting to be President of the USA.
He is definitely a fascist-wannabe because first he had to be convinced that Facebook won Trump the 2016 election, then after two days of being feted by world leaders kissing his ring and other shenanigans, decides he needs to visit all the US states in 2017 as his personal project to get to know people (very badly disguised desire to campaign for US president).
It's an incredible look inside the inner circle of Facebook and how little they know or care about things like, being human. #Facebook #CarelessPeople #KillTheRich
I am still reading Careless People, but here are is a highlight worth mentioning.
Mark, Sheryl, and management are such cowardly dumbfucks they wanted to send Sarah Wynn-Williams to South Korea to see if the Koreans would arrest her, because the cybercrime unit had a warrant of arrest for top management for ignoring Korean law enforcement officials. They called it sending a body. Because that's how rich fucks think about us peons.

"It's really been a game changer for our organization when it comes to some of those hard-to-fill positions because it allowed us to address some critical shortages for those roles that are essential to our operations," she said.
-This proves that the mining sector is abusing the immigration system, to fill critical roles with cheap immigrant labour in stead of paying a decent wage to intice skilled Canadian labour to fill the positions!

Life starts where fear ends.
I just saw a tiktok with a guy explaining how to get rich in 2024.
"If you and your partner save just $270 a week.."
Never mind the Berner Fasnacht.
Here’s the #Schnitzupönks.
Während gleichzeitig in Bern mit schrecklicher Symbolik die Fasnacht beginnt (indem der Bär freigelassen wird), lege ich hier mal schon vor.
