say hello to my new sweet boy, Skidmark Babygravy, mantis-man courier (mail-mantis) from my semi-monthly #MutantFuture campaign. really happy with how this turned out, i was a little hesitant about getting a 2d standee from #heroForge but for 12 bucks or whatever this was more than worth it. thicker than i expected and the main piece fits nicely into the base and doesn't feel like it'll easily fall out when i pick it up.

21. I don’t think I’ve ever played a licensed game. I was interested in the #Fallout 2d20 and the #Alien RPG but then I discovered #MutantFuture and #MothershipRPG. I’m not automatically opposed, but I’m more interested in vibe than name. a fun thing about rpgs is stealing ideas i like from literally everything and making them fit in whatever setting i choose.

8. My favorite active character is OraVona from my #burnbryterpg campaign, even though it’s been a bit. More recently active is Skidmark Babygravy, my mantis mutant courier from #mutantfuture. Honorable mention: B4ND1T0 aka Hugo, warforged gunslinger in a #homebrew game that imploded due to the gm being a pathological liar. I had such a good time playing that psychotic robot and I miss playing with the other folks in that game. Enjoy what you have while you have it!

Debating whether I should write up my own mutation chart for the mutation chamber, or if I should just use the ones in #mutantfuture ? Maybe I'll do a simplified one in case people don't have a copy of MF.
Does anyone know of an Old-School Essentials Gamma World style book? I have Mutant Future, which I really dig, but I’m already hoping for more gonzo post apocalyptic content for OSE. :)
