Still wondering what to do with my boxes full of Boyz.
I spent a lot of time/money making these, and they hold a lot of memories, but they take up room that I just don't have.
I'd like to get a decent price for them, but I don't know if any one will pay :(

While I'm moving, setting up my new painting desk and trying to get on again with finishing my ever growing pile of shame, here's an upload of my Zodgrod Wortsnagga!

I didn't finish it to make it for the #orktoberchallenge2023 since it is quite a difficult miniature to paint, as you have to work through several parts disassembled, and then assemble it and continue working on it; and it has quite a lot of small details. So in the end it took me some more days to finish it than I already anticipated.

It's one of the miniatures I've enjoyed working on the most, though, it is truly one of the coolest orks.

A couple years ago just before Christmas season I was talking to my girlfriend about returning to the hobby after twenty years because I kinda missed it and to be honest today's minis are awesome, slightly bigger and more detailed.
She surprised me with the Goff Rocker miniature and some paints, and that was it. Back to the plastic crack, the brushes and the paints.

One of my favorite and oldest pieces I have is from probably 15 years ago. I finally got into 40k right around 5th edition coming out. A buddy and I both bought the Assault on Black Reach starter set, I kept all the Orks and they kept all the Marines.

I’m not sure about anymore, but the Ork Codex had a profile for a vehicle simply called the “Looted Wagon” which was essentially- take any other vehicle from any other army and make it Ork.

In my home town my LGS was called Pandemonium, and they had something that was essentially the “Bin of Shame” where they’d resell (at deep discounts) the melted and destroyed hobby attempts of people who would get kits and couldn’t quite muster it.

I bought this Land Raider mostly already destroyed at like 75% off and made one of the worst vehicles to field, due to its massive size and terrible profile.

But I love the thing. This bad boy can fit so many burnaz in it. The orks dug it out of a hill, tagged it up, and simply believe in it.
