Bodo Heye<p>Second day of our <a href="https://rollenspiel.social/tags/osr" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>osr</span></a> Weekend in the Harz Mountains. After some of our characters barely survived yesterday’s dungeon crawl in the <a href="https://rollenspiel.social/tags/PalaceOfTheVampireQueen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PalaceOfTheVampireQueen</span></a> we stick to <a href="https://rollenspiel.social/tags/odnd" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>odnd</span></a> trying out the wilderness exploration rules (original plan was to switch to Adnd). Random encounters quickly pushed our group into a f****** Fantasy Vietnam Situation, where the characters have to deal with 90 (…) brigants in an unpleasant swamp which is also inhabited by ghosts which are also after our poor characters.</p>
Bodo Heye<p>Made it to dungeon level 5 of the <a href="https://rollenspiel.social/tags/PalaceOfTheVampireQueen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PalaceOfTheVampireQueen</span></a> before our 1st lvl characters were taken out by vampires one by one. Our magic user Dr. Karl was the first to go and my bard did not make it as well, but at least our cleric Ulderich von Borkenhorst and our thief Kip-die-Erdhummel escaped alongside some retainers to lvl 4 to fight another day. For ancient funhouse dungeon the module was surprisingly entertaining!
