"If there are not highly serious consequences for this level of screwup, then it will make clear that all of the bluster about merit that you hear about from this White House is just bullshit."

@lovelylovely Look at how #JeffJackson - SC, former Congressman, now #SCAttorneyGeneral, did/does very frequent TikTok explainers about how things work and more importantly why he does what he does , so that he's always in touch with his constituents. Yes, the Senate moves more slowly than the house, but if anyone could find the right way to make a frequent, dependable communication from the Senate a real thing and a new thing and an *effective* thing, it’d be #PeteButtigieg. I have every kind of faith in that man.
