Owen Jones<p>I've been here a few weeks but have yet to make an <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/introduction" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>introduction</span></a>. Here goes:</p><p>I'm Owen, an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Denmark. My research focuses on <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/LifeHistory" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LifeHistory</span></a> evolution, <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/PopulationBiology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PopulationBiology</span></a>, and <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/senescence" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>senescence</span></a>. I teach <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/Rstats" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Rstats</span></a>, evolution, and population biology.</p><p>I'm one of the folk behind the COMPADRE/COMADRE matrix population databases. I'm also running a <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/NestBoxProject" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>NestBoxProject</span></a> on campus.</p><p>I'm an <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/immigrant" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>immigrant</span></a> to Denmark and a dad of two boys and I'm currently confused by Pokemon.</p>
