T-Deck Plus with the Meshtastic UI firmware for the T-Deck (without 'Plus'), which is probably the reason the firmware works so slow.

Note: All functions can also be used from a smartphone via Bluetooth, WiFi or cable.

Just casually playing with old #ham #msdos #packetradio software #GraphicPacket, my favorite in the 90's, in a #DosBoxX window.

I'm thrown 30 years back and thrilled to have managed to make it work with a #KISS modem and #TFKISS resident driver (a NordLink TNC2 "TheFirmware" emulator for MSDOS).

Btw, I am preaparing some real hardware (Pentium 233) to make that work on, with a legendary 1200 bauds packet-radio #BayCom modem...

J'attends le beau temps pour aller me percher au sommet d'une montagne avec un émetteur radio, histoire de communiquer avec d'autres #radioamateur autour de la planète. Ça fait trop longtemps que ce n'est pas arrivé.
Mais ce n'est pas pour tout de suite, il neige aujourd'hui !

I have been testing CATS.radio protocol today, setting up SDR-iGate and flashing RS41ng. Promising results!

Good reason to go pick some RS41 radiosondes, free CATS.radio transmitter inside :)

HamAlert has now proper WWFF support!

The app is awesome but it has lacked full support for WWFF cluster (CQGMA) but now it should have it.

We also have a TETRA TMO repeater (ON0MSF), a POCSAG/DAPNET Tx covering the site.

We'll have a small MMDVM-based repeater with DMR/DSTAR/NXDN enabled (439.000, -7.6MHz, CC2, RAN1)

And while you are there, some and say hello at the infostand on amateurradio in the AW building. We will be there the whole weekend!

Someone / something is (intentionally?) jamming the whole #ISM433 band, and consequently, the #70cm #hamradio band.

That's horrendous and totally illegal.

I discovered 4 things today :

1) Using a #CW bug is not easy.

2) But setting a bug is easy once you understand what to do, and in what order.

3) Adding weight to reduce the speed also make the adjustment slightly more difficult.

4) My first impression is that the #Vibroplex #6 "Lightning" (1950) is incredibly smooth.
Smoother than the Japanese Hi-Mound "BK-100" (2 of them, of different vintage) and the French "Vibro Mors".
