The Book of Kels<p>It was such a revelation realizing that I could move *out of the way* of incoming harm, and not just eat it or maybe block some if I got a good roll.</p><p>Yes, I'm that kind of gamer.</p><p><a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/RUNErpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RUNErpg</span></a> <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/SoloRPG" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SoloRPG</span></a></p>
The Book of Kels<p>Another mini-session of <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/RUNErpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RUNErpg</span></a> and an eventful run, I think. After multiple deaths trying to get back to the Necromancer fight that killed me last time, I finally managed to get there, killing the Necromancer himself handily. Never laid a glove on me!</p><p>His skeletons though, they made a lot more contact, and although I finished off two of them the third had the luck of the dice and I went down, down, down!</p><p>The Lost Knight, who I fought nearby, was a much easier foe, only grazing me. <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/solorpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>solorpg</span></a></p>
The Book of Kels<p>I finally played RUNE!</p><p>RUNE is a solo tabletop RPG with a focus on exploration and Soulslike combat using a 4x4 grid. After a few days of learning the rules, I finally took the plunge and tried it out.</p><p>I died!!</p><p>But not after a few other battles and feeling my way around the system for the first time. Here's what I've learned:</p><p>1. It's fun!<br>2. It's faster and more intuitive than it seems.<br>3. I really need counters.</p><p><a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/ttrpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ttrpg</span></a> <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/SoloRPG" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SoloRPG</span></a> <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/RUNErpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RUNErpg</span></a></p>
Symbolic City<p>A humble suggestion: add RPG to the end of any hashtag naming a <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/TTRPG" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>TTRPG</span></a> — e.g. <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/PathfinderRPG" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>PathfinderRPG</span></a>, <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/CairnRPG" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>CairnRPG</span></a>, <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/RuneRPG" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>RuneRPG</span></a>, etc.</p><p>A lot of TTRPGs have relatively common nouns as names, and specifying RPG in the hashtag will help distinguish them, as well as keep TTRPG discussion from cluttering up the timelines of people following hashtags for outside topics that just happen to share a name with a TTRPG.</p>
Lukas M.<p>New day, new <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/soloRPG" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>soloRPG</span></a>! This time I&#39;m playing RUNE by Spencer Campbell. My first excursion saw me venturing into the Grim Coast, defeating a hideous Necromancer, only to be brought low by their summoned skeletons. Awakening again at the Sigil, I will venture forth again to defeat this isle&#39;s Rune Lord!</p><p><a href="https://dice.camp/tags/ttrpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ttrpg</span></a> <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/runerpg" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>runerpg</span></a></p>
