Null<p><span>I'm glancing through Swords of the Serpentine. It's a investigative Sword and Sorcery game based on GUMSHOE. Anyways, this power crossed my bow.</span></p><blockquote><span>Laws and Traditions: ... [for points] Make up an obscure but applicable church dictate or city ordinance that then becomes canon for the rest of the campaign.</span></blockquote><span>What a terrifying power to give players. I showed it to another GM and he immediately told me I am never allowed to play a character with this.
