Rebecca SieberNee, nee, nee, eher brennt die BVG!Es gibt News zu meinem Fall. Die BVG hat das erhöhte Beförderungsentgelt auf 7 Euro reduziert. Das selbe Ticket, das bei der Fahrscheinkontrolle nicht akzeptiert wurde, wird also als nachträglicher Nachweis akzeptiert. Aus meiner Sicht ist das juristisch nicht haltbar.
