Mrs McCrimmon<p>I watched <a href="https://nerdculture.de/tags/TheWarGames" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TheWarGames</span></a> - in black and white!</p><p>I think it's wonderful; how the story morphs and grows as the serial progresses, how it ends its era dropping so many threads that would be picked up in <a href="https://nerdculture.de/tags/DoctorWho" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DoctorWho</span></a> future by keeping things vague enough to be developed, rather than be dead ends.</p><p>Remarkably for a 10-parter it in no way drags, even the run about eps have a [sort of] point and develops that widening story.</p><p>The ending ep kills me and I love and despair at Jamie and Zoe's ending. Mark H<p>Never watched the Patrick Troughton era Doctor Who episodes before and we're not familiar with the companions either but our TiVo recorded a colourised version of The War Games yesterday so we're watching it now.
