The #IDF has begun deploying the upgraded version of the Trophy APS, as suggested by the elevated angle of the system on a "Merkava IVM" Tank in #Lebanon, after it's announcement by #RAFAEL more than 2 months ago.


This new version of #Trophy #APS is claimed to be capable of detecting and hard-killing air threats ( #Drones).

The video uploaded by RAFAEL, showcasing the upgraded Trophy APS did not feature neutralizing top-down ATGM's, but took down #FPV's and UAV's.

Dr. Blåhaj was ecstatic to get nominated for Cuddler of the Year, but it seems they forgot to announce that category at the LGBTQ+ Awards ceremony.

She expects better given they've a B for Blåhaj in the name.

For now she's comforting herself with by basking in the trophy of an organisation she helps out with.

Back in Brooklyn!

Yesterday I arrived in the wee hours of the morning and was able to go to the Neon Makers Guild meetup at BrooklynGlass! I typically miss the neon nerd gatherings there so this was a first for me.

I even won the splice competition- winning a Futurama inspired Bender "intelligent life trophy". I managed to fit 53 splices into that orange and brown looking 2.5 foot, 15mm tube of glass :). What a fun day chatting with all the neon nerds coming from near an far!

My friend Sean came from Philadelphia and brought about a kilo of #uranium glass. We stuck a bubble in it and dipped it in the blue glass of the BKG color furnace before Sean stretched the bubble into a big long tube. I took some of it an bent it into a lil loopy tube before it cooled off all the way for a tester.... Still waiting on em to drop that mercury- that 254nm will make the uranium really pop!

Oh what a fun day!

Bender trophy with a few spliced tubes. Mine is all brown an spotty- I had the gas turned up too much and overheated the orange Italian glass on every splice so you could see em better- easier to count that way ;)
Silk screening on my Pilchuck shirts- I missed the print party there- so had to get my custom shirt fix somehow

The uranium loopy zootle I bent up to test it- after bombarding sans mercury- still very bright!
