DaneSo.... RDJ as Doctor Doom. You need to keep in mind I'm a pretty big fan of His Royal Majesty and Our Most Beloved Sovereign. I am firmly of the mind that the MCU simply cannot do him justice. Marvel is seriously rolling the dice with this one. If the script is good, and RDJ turns in a performance that is so NOT Tony-Stark-only -Seriouser, then whoopee. If the writers solely rely on RDJ's presence to save MCU, then the headlines will read "Not Even Robert Downey, Jr Could Save MCU".
