Jeff Lange<p>Since it doesn’t seem to exist, I want to make a tool that will show color contrast for text in images. It would:<br>1. Take an image (or pdf?) as input<br>2. Detect where the text is<br>3. Determine the color of the text (per character)<br>4. Determine the color of the background just outside the text<br>5. Calculate the color contrast between the two colors<br>6. Overlay warnings where the contrast is too low</p><p>Anyone have ideas for the first few steps?
