For Pete's Sake!<p>Very pleased with this batch. Nice crumb, just the right amount of salt and I can taste the malt extract better this time. Got the rise and the knead just right. Just tested the still warm crust with some dairy butter. Delicious!</p><p>Autolysed without salt then added salt solution after initial rise. Worked out well this time.
