My green stuff epoxy came today. I filled holes in washers I used for bases on goblin wolves (essentially greater ) and I started basing hurdy-gurdy man that I plan to use as an advanced in my campaign.

The next I want to get based is 20002 Shunkaha, which is a gorgeous metal with a tomahawk (and an optional hat) that stands at 42mm.

I didn't work much on any in the last month but I'm back to work on my now.

I painted on him a few days ago; did some edge highlights, painted his eyes and eyebrows, and teeth.

Yesterday I knocked him off my mantelpeice. The fall bent his axe, and chipped the paint on the axe, on his nose, and on his red cap. The axe bent back easily enough and I think as of now I have all his paint injuries repaired.

My arrived today. They took two days shy of four weeks to travel from Lincolnshire, UK to West Virginia, US. I ordered them back in January but they didn't ship until mid-February because of the cyber-attack on Royal Mail. And now they're in my hands.

I got two miniatures and a "hurty-gurty man" miniature that I might paint as a . I'm eager to get a redcap based, primed, and underway.

I have no idea how long it takes to ship to West Virginia, US from Lincolnshire, UK. I know I should expect delays. I've only done overseas shipping once before this.

I placed a order in mid-January that was delayed due to the Royal Mail cyberattack, but notified me that they shipped on 15 February.

There is no tracking number provided so today I sent an email asking if they have any estimate of the shipping time.

It amazes me how rare are.

I feel like evil-looking small, short, wizened old man , long beard, pointy "elf" hat, with iron-shod boots and a Medium two-handed weapon (scythe, greataxe, etc.) should be a lot more common than it is.

I just expected most miniature companies would make a redcap so finding one in metal wouldn't be that hard. I did find a metal redcap from games, but it lacks the beard and boots.
