Many ways have been suggested for spotting the Devil as he wanders in disguise. Some legends say that any form he takes still has horns or at least one hoofed foot. Others say that Satan's breath has an intense smell - either it stinks of decay or is strangely sweet. Will Simpson
Happy St. Patrick's Day! Irish-American comics author Garth Ennis (along with comics artist Darick Robertson) wants to remind non-Irish people not to use this day as an excuse to act like an offensive Irish parody.

#GarthEnnis: Absolute Preacher, Book III
Happy St. Patrick's Day! This holiday is no excuse for non-Irish people to act like offensive Irish caricatures. Remember these pages from "The Boys," written by Irish-American Garth Ennis and drawn by Darick Robertson.

#GarthEnnis is writing #JamesBond and it is every bit as violent and twisted as you'd expect. 4/5.
Issue #1 comes out this Wednesday.
@wolvster I do the same thing! My most recent project was separating out books by my favorite four comic writers (#AlanMoore, #GrantMorrison, @neilhimself and #GarthEnnis) into individual boxes and arranging them chronologically by release date.
I’ve just discovered that this an actual thing!
You have to be of a certain age to think the original Hawk the Slayer film was a ‘classic’.
Which I am and unashamedly do.
The film was the very essence of my local vhs rental place back when I was a kid and this was one of the first films I was allowed to rent! (‘Escape to Victory’ was the first but I digress…)
I can practically smell that place by just thinking of the film.
Enjoying coffee with added Thrill Power: 2000 AD, Prog 2326, and the return of an old friend as Garth Ennis & Patrick Goddard bring back the iconic Genetic Infantryman, Rogue Trooper.
