letterboxd.comA ★★½ review of Cat Girl (1957)This film kind of had a slow pace all the way through, and once the reveal of the leopard curse comes to the main character, there aren't any more surprises. I found the depiction of crummy marital relations more frightful than the lycanthropy, but perhaps it was a popular topic for the time. The print was pretty dark and murky B&W, but some of the ladies' costumes looked kind of special if you're into that. I thought the dialogue could have been tightened up however. Pretty sure I'm going to forget everything else about this film shortly.

Borderline - It got funny during the last stretch of the movie, which made me question if it's intentional, because even though its genre is Horror-Comedy, it isn't really scary?

Trigun: Badlands Rumble - Classic.

Detective Conan: Black Iron Submarine - Ran Mouri became a superhero fighting machine.

Detective Conan: The Million-dollar Pentagram - I won't mind if the movie focuses solely on Heiji Hattori vs Kid, over Kazuha Toyama's kiss.
