Just opening a few packs of Scarlet & Violet, I much prefer the consistency and cardstock quality compared to <a href="https://gamepad.club/tags/MagicTheGatheing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#MagicTheGatheing</a>. Not sure we’re going to play the game tho🤣

The deck performed exactly as I wanted it to---terrifying nightmare cat that's hard to remove and is threatening to be lethal at all times---and Did Things and was a threat even though its cost is $37 on TCG Player and its theme of cat eating cops and rich people very much restricts what cards I can put into it. It was kinda liberating playing a $5 unsleeved deck while eating brunch because like sleeves would triple the cost of the deck. It also did that I wanted it to do, which was surprisingly a lot because all the other decks were well tuned decks with cards that are... not common. The fact that it's a toxic deck definitely helped it do thing / be scarier than it had any right to be.
