Good day!

The American bison. This is where I spent my day yesterday, watching these magnificent animals in their natural habitat, something I’ve long wanted to do.

Once administered by the US gov’t, it’s now governed by the Confederated Salish & Kootanai Tribes.

Good day!

66-years ago today, I was born & wasn’t expected to survive the day.

15-years ago today, I was in the ICU fighting for my life. Months later, they recommended hospice.

Never give up. There’s no telling what life is waiting for you to do, or what someone else will need you to do.

I’m leaving on an adventure soon…

Das war die Biene heut an der Lupine. Hätte man zumindest meinen können. Hab sie knapp 5 Minuten beobachtet, fotografiert, gefilmt. Die ist an dem einen Blütenkelch geblieben und immer weiter reingekrochen. War offenbar lecker.

Home for over a decade now, which is a long time for me.

I love the climate & outdoors, especially the rivers & mountains, which are more accessible than anywhere I’ve lived.

Yet, my life here feels tenuous, like another chapter is waiting…

I saw my first eight-legged creepy crawly yesterday so that’s it. I’m done.

My apologies to anyone who had plans for the summer, but we’re skipping straight to autumn.

Reviewing Book2 (about 33% of the way in a day). My editing skills had obviously improved by Book3.

So, more of doing that on a mild day, my windows at last open. I’ll walk, do some cleaning.

An outing is planned for the 7th, & another hike will happen soon.
