Neufeldt und KuhnkeA Go-Kart Axle Bearing Table Lamp! From the inventory of a go-kart track, we acquired several axle bearing mounts. We cleaned them thoroughly and transformed them into a tower using three threaded rods. The base is made from scrap wood, which we have environmentally friendly engraved with our laser! All electrical components, including the socket and wiring, are brand new and in perfect working order. The light within the tower casts a wonderful play of shadows! Der Sockel besteht aus Abfallholz, das wir umweltfreundlich mit unserem Laser beschriftet haben! Die elektrischen Teile, wie Fassung und Zuleitung, sind allesamt Neuware und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Neufeldt und KuhnkeThis installation is composed of various bicycle parts. At the center of the artwork, a light emerges from the rear axle of a bike, symbolizing an idea generator. This central element is surrounded by visitors and photographers. The model-like display includes bicycle gears, sprockets, and the indispensable chain. The base is crafted from sustainable bamboo veneer. The concept, design, and realization were all carried out by the team at Neufeldt & Kuhnke, with each member contributing their skills to this installation. Das modellhafte Display beinhaltet Fahrradgetriebe, Zahnräder und die unverzichtbare Kette. Der Boden ist aus nachhaltigem Bambusfurnier gefertigt. Idee, Planung und Umsetzung erfolgten durch das Team von Neufeldt & Kuhnke, wobei jeder Mitarbeiter einen Teil seines Könnens in die Installation einfließen ließ. Neufeldt und KuhnkeAnother upcycling project: We've transformed an empty case from a very old tube radio, enhancing it with a 7-8 inch (double DIN) Android car radio. Additionally, we've integrated JBL speakers with bass reflex into this radio. Typically, in such radios, the speakers share the same space. However, to preserve the bass reflex, we constructed partitions so that each speaker has its own enclosure within the radio case. Dazu haben wir JBL Lautsprecher mit Bassreflex in dieses Radio verbaut. Üblicherweise sind in solchen Radios die Lautsprecher im gleichen Raum. Hier allerdings wollten wir den Bassreflex erhalten und haben daher Trennwände gezogen, sodass jeder Lautsprecher sein eigenes Gehäuse im Gehäuse hat. Neufeldt und KuhnkeOur Neufeldt & Kuhnke Horn Speaker Upcycling Sound System based on an N&K Horn Speaker, including the Sony SRS-XB13 Bluetooth Speaker! The foundation of this marvelous piece is an original N&K horn speaker from the 1920s, crafted from cast iron. Instead of the original horn, we’ve installed an acrylic plate that transmits the vibrations from the Bluetooth speaker mounted on top into the horn’s interior, effectively turning it into a resonator for the Bluetooth speaker.
