I was photographing Indian dancers in Daley Plaza, Chicago when I happened to capture this rather fun image. #photography #india #dance #chicago #humor #throwbackthursday #nophotoshop

Two dancers from India with the Indian flag in between them. However, the dancer on the left has her right arm outside the frame of the photo whereas the dancer on the right is only known by her right arm entering the frame making it appear as though a detached right arm is entering the photo.

Im November 2020 und im Januar 2021 hatte ich bei einem Spaziergang über den Rotheberg in #Wolfsburg mal meine Kamera mit dabei und knipste einige Fotos.
Erst später fiel mir auf, dass ich wohl ein paar Bilder unbeabsichtigt mit gleicher Brennweite am gleichen Standort gemacht hatte.

Das hat mich inspiriert diese Fotos ohne große Tricks miteinander zu verbinden. Daher hier nun 3 Fotovorschläge.

Das Bild zeigt zwei kontrastierende Waldszenen: Die obere Hälfte zeigt eine lebendige Herbstlandschaft mit bunten Blättern und gefallenem Laub, während die untere Hälfte eine ruhige Winterszene mit Schnee bedeckt mit einem klaren blauen Himmel darstellt. Beide Abschnitte beinhalten den gleichen von Bäumen gesäumten Weg. Es handelt sich um die beiden für Bild 2 und 3 und verwendeten Fotos, die hierfür mittig durchgeschnitten wurden.

Ein vertikal geteiltes Bild zeigt auf der linken Seite einen schneebedeckten Wald mit kahlen Bäumen und einem klaren blauen Himmel, während auf der rechten Seite eine Herbstszene mit buntem Laub auf dem Boden zeigt. Dieses Bild ist aus den jeweiligen Hälften der im Bild 1 dargestellten Szene entstanden

"My original muse Brady passed away in late January 2021. He was the reason I got into photography, and I spent a short time thinking I would be a pet photographer but it never quite stuck. This particular photo went a little bit viral a few years back and some accused me of photoshopping it (I didn't). I knew the day would come when he would yawn on the bed and it was just a matter of having the camera nearby (and a giant picture of him on the wall, of course)."

Das Bild zeigt einen natürlichen Ausschnitt von großen, leuchtend grünen Blättern, die sich zwischen dunklen Felsen ausbreiten. Die Blätter sind breit, herzförmig und mit deutlichen Blattadern durchzogen. Sie heben sich stark vom rauen, strukturierten Hintergrund der Felsen ab, die in dunklen Grautönen und Erdfarben erscheinen. Die Kontraste zwischen den satten, grünen Blättern und den kühlen, dunklen Felsoberflächen schaffen eine eindrucksvolle visuelle Tiefe. Das Bild vermittelt eine ruhige, naturnahe Stimmung, in der die Lebendigkeit der Pflanzen im Vordergrund steht.

Es muss nicht immer #SchwarzWeiss sein, schon gar nicht wenn es letztlich nur um Effekthascherei geht. Die Farbtöne dieser Farne am Waldboden inspirierten mich zu diesem #Foto. Aufgenommen während einer #Wanderung in #Flims in der #Schweiz in den #Alpen.
