Hard to believe, it's been almost 20 years ago that I took a train from London to Canterbury and for a fleeting moment saw fields of gold blur past the window. Nine years later, I recreated that memory and now even more time has passed.

I'm actually surprised that the dramatic spike in #OliveOil prices hasn't encouraged more stores in the US to begin or resume stocking of cold-pressed unrefined #canola oil (or #rapeseed oil, if you are from the EU). It's one of #Canada's best #culinary products.

My local co-op store in #Vermont used to carry it, but they no longer do.
