Bryan WrightA large, graceful crane fly, with a bonus ant. I have trouble taking pictures of crane flies: they don't sit still for very long, they're easily spooked, and they hang out in dim , shady places. This one was pretty cooperative, but I still didn't get any particularly good pictures before I scared it away.I was impressed by how sleek and silky it is. I don't think I've seen one like this before.
